    Have recently lost a lot of weight and wondered if this would help maintain my new figure. So far so good, after a week of listening I no longer desire bags of crisps (my old craving) wish I had found this earlier as I’m sure it would have made the weight loss journey easier! Patricia has a safe and kind voice and much of what she said resonated with me. I would definitely recommend trying this.

    I listen each night when I get into bed and can honestly say it works for me!

    I have eaten healthily all week and today we have been to a local agricultural show, before listening to the recording I would have ‘spoilt’ myself with donuts, fudge, cake etc., today I have walked past all the tempting stalls and had no problem walking past them all! This is unheard of for me.

    I will have a weigh in on Monday morning and am quite confident I will have lost a pound or two which is fantastic. I can’t thank you enough.
